Invoice Numbering sequence resets to zero every day

Hi all,  We are running Reckon Accounts Plus 2017 (recently upgraded).  We have always had the issue that the Invoice Numbering sequencing would reset itself back to zero on a regular basis.  Since the upgrade this sequencing is resetting back to zero  every day.   Can anyone shed any light on this issue.  Thanks Deb

Hi Debbie,

I've just asked around in relation to this, it definitely sounds strange. Apart from manually altering the invoice number I don't think there is much other way to start invoice numbers back from #1.

Can you give us a buzz so we can take a closer look into this with you please?
