We send invoices from Reckon Hosted regularly however there are a couple of issues that I need assistance with .
1. The PDF reference says " Intuit.QBOB_internal.pdf
and
2. In respect of the Email sent from Reckon - the "From" address is accountshosted@reckon.com is this an issue with our set up or is this the norm?

Hi Katherine,
Is that the name of the invoice that appears on the outbound email?
Does that occur on every invoice that you send from Hosted and when did it first start appearing in that way?

I think for quite a while - I do not usually receive many invoices from myself adn they are pretty insignificant . customers have not reported but they may not care. I do !!

We've tested this out ourselves in a number of different ways but can't replicate what you're experiencing.
Can you please give our Hosted support team a buzz when you've got a chance so we can take a closer look at your configuration
