invoice sent multiple times

Hi, I'm using Reckon Hosted.  Every now and then my invoices are being sent to the customer multiple times.  I have not put the customer's email address in more than once, I have not pressed the email button more than once either. This very annoying and confusing for my customers. Does any one have any ideas on how to stop this?

    Sometimes, this experience is seen when the number and speed of all the links in between the HOSTED service, and the Mail server/email service provider of the customer in question,  is slow.   If you want to advice the email address of the one in question, (privately if preferred), then a test can be made to see what that link dealy is.  (If in fact this is the issue).  But worth trying.   

    Remember,  the emails from HOSTED travel a different route (path) than say, any experiment from your internet connection to the mail server of your customer.  What is required, is a reverse traceroute test from the email ISP back to HOSTED.     Once the end that is slow can be determined, then some remedial suggestions could be made
