Not that helpful to you, but It would be helpful to 'clone' an invoice and edit whatever you need to change... ie customers and quantities!

Hi Maddi,

You can memorise your reoccurring invoices.

> Create the invoice you would like to memorise.
> Right click or Edit > Memorise Tax Invoice
> Name your Invoice
> You can either set up memorised invoice as a standing order with the frequency
ie: Monthly invoice to be entered on the 1st of the month & number of months still remaining for this invoice to be issued (this information can be updated as required)

Or you can generate the memorise invoice manually > Lists > Memorised Transaction List or CTRL T > select invoice to be entered > make any adjustments if needed > save & close your invoice is then entered.

If you select Invoice to be printed in the bottom left hand corner of the invoice before memorising you can then print all memorised invoices as follows once they are generated
File > Print Forms > Invoices > Select Invoices you would like to print.

If you select Invoice to be emailed in the bottom left hand corner of the invoice before memorising you can then e-mail all memorised invoices as follows once they are generated
File > Send Forms >  Select Invoices you would like to print or Select invoices from your desk top > e-mail > send batch.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards
Kay
