Invoices emailed are not being saved in the sent items but are being received by recipient

Client is using Reckon Enterprise 2017 and Outlook 2016. Only one outlook profile is setup. Client is using their own exchange server. Within Reckon, outlook has been selected as the method to send. What I do notice with the email generated is the sender address does not show as the true senders address. I says that the sender is an exchange user
