Invoices no longer have the Sales Rep field available?

Hello,

I have 3 Sales Reps that I allocate to invoices to track their Sales activity. I have tried to allocate them to new invoices I have imported this morning to find that the fields are no longer there?

    If you go into the template setup for the invoice and select the one you are working with. When the screen opens you will see at the bottom an option for additional customisation. Select this and the next screen appears as per my image. You can see that you can select to have the option on the screen and print or just the screen. Select the screen option (and print if you want) and select OK. Check your layout is correct and try creating an invoice again ensuring you have got the right invoice template selected. hope this helps. Kathyimage

    Hi Kathy, just noticed my issue isn't quite over. Previously when I had imported my iif files into QB they imported with the customised invoice template below (SAR Invoice). This template had the Rep fields etc that the standard Reckon Template doesn't have. It appears after the upgrade that the default template has gone back to the Reckon Service Invoice meaning I have to manually select my SAR Invoice on each imported invoice. Is there a button to select the default invoice template? I have searched and cant seem to locate...I cant deactivate or delete the Reckon one obviously... Thanks in advance. Dave Read
