Invoices not emailing from Reckon. The system hangs and becomes "not responding"

We have always been able to email invoices from Reckon without an issue but in the last week we can no longer email invoices.  Reckon freezes or does the "not responding".  We are running accounts 2019

Hi Andrew, our problem has been fixed but it was not easy and was very very time consuming.  We had to ring technical support 1300137657 and no word of a lie it took a few house of giving remote access for them to get it sorted!

Check your Office updates. I suspect it has knocked something out.

Issues here as well. Unable to print or email invoices. Program either freezes or shuts down. My Licence is valid until '27 but customer support isn't. To upgrade, Its an annual fee in the 100s of dollars. Please help me get my Accounts Plus 17 up and running. John

Thanks for that. Unfortunately my membership has expired even though my license is valid until 2027. This means no assistance. In the process of learning a new accounting program

John good luck learning a new accounting program. Im pretty sure they all have their idiosyncracies. Accountants love to make you change systems. More fees for them I've got one contemplating migrating a client right now. Im trying to talk the guy out of it but I think Im wasting my time. My considered advice. Make sure you consider all of the costs before switching. Feel free to call me to discuss. 0407744914
