ir345 not uploadable from ird

When creating ir345 and ir348 electronic files it does not come up save as IRD files, just says mylive and if I save it there when I login in to inland rev and try to upload I cannot find mylive on my computer, or any reference to reckon

Hi Ruth,
My Live (Q:) in Reckon Accounts Hosted is a cloud based drive so its a location unique to Hosted only. What you'll need to do is download any items you have saved from the Q drive to your local PC and you'll be able to upload it normally thereafter.
