is accounts hosted connection down

IS ACCOUNTS HOSTED DOWN ???  I HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION STILL BUT LOST CONNECTION TO ACCOUNTS HOSTED

    Hi Simone,
    It looks as though we ran into some issues with 2 of our file servers for a few minutes and the team have just got them back to normal. I'm really sorry for the hassle caused.

    Can you please logout/close your browser and try logging in again now.

    The issue earlier today has been resolved. If you're still experiencing the same problem, can you please logout in full and close your browser. Log back in after a couple of minutes. If the problem persists, please give our technical support team a call ASAP and we'll take a look into what's going wrong.

    Mine is still down!!!!! Over 2 hours!

    Hi - I too am experiencing shut out.  I can log into the initial dashboard, but none of my company files.  I receive a HTTP ERROR 500 hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request.  This has been for 2 days now.  Is there a solution?
