Is Reckon Down?

I keep asking this one... if the system is down, please before doing anything else, it would be great if you could upload a note onto the Home page on the community, so that we know you are working on it.

It's wages day and I've been kicked out of RAH (NZ) halfway through my work. Can't get back on.

Hi Balancing Act,

I've just tested access to Reckon Accounts Hosted and was able to get in immediately however I've just seen from the devs that they are currently looking into performance issues on a single file server right now.

As mentioned previously, if there are widespread issues or outages communication is created on the Community once it is confirmed and I'll doing so for this as well.

Will update you with more info.
