It is a public holiday in NSW, but that is no excuse.

I spent 1 hour 10 minutes then hung up.

    Hi guys,

I'm really sorry for that experience, we most certainly had cover sorted over the long weekend, however from what I understand the call queues were not working as intended. Sincere apologies for that.

Is there anything the Community may be able to help out with here in this instance?

    Rav

    Adrian how are you?
I was just wondering if you can you help me with how to down load my bank statements, I have them on my desk top in a QIF file, but do not seem to be able to get past that

    Hello Brain

Use the upload button to get the QIF file into Hosted.
The file will then be located in the Q:\Upload folder

File > Utilities > Import > Bank Statement Files

Browse to the Upload folder and select the QIF.

Leave the Save converted file box same location

Select the bank account to import into.

    Click OK

    Select Import new transactions now.

(This bit is a bit stupid but a quirk of the software)
Click on Create a new Reckon account

Then click on Use an existing Reckon account. The account should be the bank account importing into.

Continue will now be able to be selected.

Then go to Online Banking Centre in Reckon to match the transactions.

    Adrian
