Is there a problem with printing in Hosted since the planned maintenance this morning?

I have been trying to print a couple of invoices today, and the pdf file is not being created fully to be able to print. Also, Hosted seems to be running quite slowly. Is this a consequence of the maintenance that was carried out this morning?

Hi Melanie,

I haven't received word of any wider issues on the network following the planned maintenance session this morning.

Are you experiencing the same issues after fully logging out (Use the Logout option) closing your browser and then trying again?

Hi Rav,
I have tried fully logging out, as well as restarting and shutting down my Mac, and the problem with the printing still persists. I can view the print preview however when the PDF is created I just have a gray window instead of the PDF file.

I've had a chat with our Support team this morning regarding the issue you are experiencing.

Are you using Google Chrome by any chance? Are you able to check if the Chrome PDF viewer has been enabled?
Click on the Menu button on the top right > More Tools > Extensions > check if Chrome PDF Viewer is in the list

If it's enabled, can you please disable it, close the browser and then try again?

Hi Rav, I was using Google Chrome, though checking the extensions as per above, Chrome PDF viewer isn't on the list. I have logged into Reckon Hosted using Firefox and the PDF file is created properly allowing me to print, so I will keep using Firefox for the time being.
