I am using Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Is there a report that summarises what Purchase Orders need to be created based on open Sales Orders?

When our sales people create sales orders sometimes the things are not in stock.  It would be nice if our purchasing officer could generate a report that tells him what needs to be ordered (based on the sales orders) without having to go through each sales order individually.

I can't see how to do this - does anyone know how to do it?  Or if it can be done at all?

Thanks
Lucas

Yes, it can be done, but not available within RA Reports, and this report tool cannot  be integrated with hosted. We can do it for DESKTOP VERSION. You can call us , if you wish to discuss

    Hi Lucas,

If you have entered a Reorder point, then you can use the report Inventory Status by Item to be able to see what you need to order.

Then also check your preferences for inventory to ensure you have ticked the box for calculating quantity available to include sales orders.

    Kind regards,
