Set the columns, column width and whatever else you require and then memorise the report

Thank you however I do this many times but the columns move every time the memorised report is rerun, then I redo the columns, memorise, close, reopen report and columns are moved again. I am using desktop enterprise version.

    Any other assistance very welcome.

    Hi Ann,

How old is your data file? If it is older than the QuickBooks 2007/08 version this could be why.

I have heard of these issues happening in these data files.

Try creating a brand new report from scratch and memorise that to see if that works!

    Kind regards,

Thanks Sally, didn't see this reply. we are using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 14.

I think I have worked out that as we are on server, if someone else is in the data file you can't save formats as you need exclusive use.
