Is there a way I can change a contractor to an employee without making a new employee?

Is there a way I can change a contractor to an employee without making a new employee?  I have an employee who has gone from a contractor to a casual employee & I neglected to change his status.  Now I am getting a PAYG Summary for Business and personal services income instead of Individual Non Business.  Can I fix this?

    I have a similar problem except employee was supposed to be a "casual" but was setup as a Contractor so his wages do not appear on the STP report. How can I fix this please without creating new employee? And what do I do about the pays he has received as "Contractor"?
