I have never really known of a need for the actual rate to be required in providing proof of earnings. Quite frankly, I would be printing off a range of pay slips for the employee (you can still use the option of 3 per page) covering the period of proof required. That should provide everything that is needed. The pain in doing that though, is that you have to input the period and then scroll through all of he employees pay slips to select the ones that you want to print off. Gross, PAYG, Net, Hours & Rate
It's also customisable, so if you only need it for 1 employee, you can modify it to show just that employee's data/information.
