    Try the "Payroll Summary"
It's displayed by employee which is not ideal but its the only report I know of that will give you the info you're looking for.

    Hope this helps

Glenda.  None of the employee reports provide customisation which provides everything that you are after (as far as I can see.  You can get all of the information that you want except for the rate.  Realistically, the only way that you are going to achieve everything that you want is to print your payslips using the option under Payslip Style of <Standard - Three per page>.  John L G

Thank you, that might help John.  Need to give an employee wage details for proof of earnings.

Glenda.  There is a report than you can run for an employee, which provides all of that info except for the pay rate, in summary form.  You nominate the period and it provides you with a line for every payroll item used, PAYG and SGC.  This will probably not be sufficient if you are dealing with say Centrelink though.
I have never really known of a need for the actual rate to be required in providing proof of earnings.  Quite frankly, I would be printing off a range of pay slips for the employee (you can still use the option of 3 per page) covering the period of proof required.  That should provide everything that is needed.  The pain in doing that though, is that you have to input the period and then scroll through all of he employees pay slips to select the ones that you want to print off.  I hope that one of these options might help you.  John L G

Glenda, the Payroll Summary report is what you need.

    It shows:

Gross, PAYG, Net, Hours & Rate

It's also customisable, so if you only need it for 1 employee, you can modify it to show just that employee's data/information.

Below is a saved image of one I've just "tweaked" from within the Sample Co File ....
