    Good afternoon Rav

    I ran a balance sheet report and then exported it and when I clicked on the download option nothing happens.

    Hi Karla, 
    I would suggest try use another web browser, this sounds like a browser issue, I would suggest use either google Chrome or Firefox to login and see if you can reach the download window.
