Is it possible to scroll down in the bank register so you have blank cells underneath?

When I am typing I'd rather have the current row at eye level and a bunch of blank rows underneath instead of being distracted by all the transactions above.

    Hi NoCruncher,

Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

In the bottom left of the Bank Register there is an option call "1-line".  Untick the check box next to it to get 2 lines for each entry to the register.

Hope this does the trick for you.

    regards,
    John

    Hi NoCruncher,

Are you aware that by typing directly into the register you are not picking up any tax? I.e. there is no field for GST, NCG, FRE, etc.

    Kind regards,

Thanks Sally. I didn't know that. I assumed it was internal somewhere when I chose to put a GST code when I quick-added the new Expense account.  I am going to type out all these trasactions in the bank register and print them out and start again and do them properly with the GST. So I have to type Expenses in one row on the cheque and then type in  for example: Cleaning Expenses $1000 on one row and GST Receivable  $100 on the second row?

    Hi,

Glad I caught you before you kept going....

No you can just enter Cleaning Expenses and next to it should be the tax code column where you can enter NCG so it will pick up the $100 GST in the tax column.

    Kind regards,
