Issue Reconciling Bank Account

I'm having an issue reconciling a bank account - the system allows me to to reconcile the transactions, yet when I click the Finish Reconciliation, I'm not given the option to lock the account off and produce a reconciliation report.

I'm trying to prepare for the quarterly BAS Reporting period.

Do you have unreaconciled transactions in the account?  This has happened to me if there are any unreaconciled transactions.
