I have been trying to put a purchase order through to my supplier and Reckon keeps telling me there is an error with my file and aborts me....Frustrating, we have had enough these last few weeks

Customer Service ???? Ring as we have an error get a rude guy - doesnt listen doesnt say sorry and yep guess what he can't fix the problem. Where is the customer service - a sorry for the trouble might actually help to calm very angry customers down.
