issue integrating an application signed with code signing to the Reckon Accounts desktop applicatio

We have a code signed application accessing Desktop QB / Reckon install. When we launch QB it pops up a window with options whether to trust the application , or ask each time it is on etc. This looks like a QB window. When we select an option and look to continue, QB then crashes with an error. We do not have ( or cannot find 0 any error logs with any further details of what the issue is. If we run our integration application without being code signed, then it works fine.

    HI. We're the developers of the connector tool . The issue we're having is with Reckon accounting not accepting our integration, when we code sign our application. So we need support from Reckon to figure out why ?
