Issue Update on the new Reckon Accounts Hosted

If you have been affected by login issues related to Reckon Accounts Hosted today, I wanted to pass on that our IT team is still working through this. They have confirmed that they have made some changes that are helping users but are still working through this as a priority. 

Also, while we are currently experiencing high wait times on our queues, you can post questions for our team to look at on the Reckon Community or email us at customerservice@reckon.com 

We are committed to working through any issues with customers and continuing to respond to each customer.

Just today what about the new release for the past two days!!! We each running our own businesses this a  major down time and in a small family business cost is a lot more!!!

Not good enough Alex.  Your pathetic IT team may have helped some customers but more than likely have buggered it up for some of us that could actually get into our accounts earlier today but are now locked out.  I don't mean to shoot the messenger Alex, but I want to hear from someone in authority what exactly Reckon is doing about it and that Reckon have some understanding of the pain they have inflicted on their customers.

yes sent many messages to the email address , got lots of read reply but yet to get any help


I have contacted the media this is just not on how can you disconnect the old system prior to putting in the new faulty system , this is gross negligence
