Issues after updating from Accounts Premier: Contractors Edition 2014 to Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractors Edition 2018

Good Morning, I have recently had to purchase a new computer where they have updated me from Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractors Edition 2014 to Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractors Edition 2018. I have two issues now, the first is how do I change the format of the file when I send Invoices and Statements from windmill.dat file back to a PDF file, and second is each time I go to send an Invoice or Statement or Remittance an error comes up from Microsoft Outlook saying “A program is trying to send an email message on your behalf. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up-to-date” so we have to click “Allow” for every single Invoice/Statement/Remittance? Thanks
