Issues logging into Reckon Hosted NZ

Click on Launch Accounts, when it opens in the next screen, I get "Request Error - the server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details"
It has probably been close to 2 years since I actually logged into this file, but need to now to follow something up for a client. 
Can someone please help me get into the file. Thanks

Hi Rebecca,
Yes from what I understand this will appear on a file that hasn't been logged into for an extended period of time.

If you close that page and end any active sessions in the Hosted control panel (if there are any) and give it about 5 minutes, it should open as normal.

Alternatively, there's some info in this KB -
