Is anyone else having troubles this morning.  I use Reckon Hosted.  My screen has black squares all over it, like its not updating.  If I log on again, it seems to fix it until I try to do another task, then it happens again.

Hi Jamie,
Which browser are you using?
Can you please try an alternative browser as a test and let me know if the same issues persist for you.

Hi Rav. Thanks for making contact.

I use Chrome and have never had this issue until now.  I'm now trying firefox and it seems to be working.

Hi Rav.  Any update on this issue?  Chrome works fine when using my laptop but not on my PC.  Firefox works fine on my PC.

Hi guys,
Can you let me know which versions of Chrome you are using when you encounter this issue.
(Menu button > Help > About Chrome) - See screenshot example below.

Is it still occurring for you today? Do you experience the same thing if you switch over to Firefox just as a test?

Hi Rav,

I'm using Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a Mac.  If I switch to Safari it works fine.

Thanks,

John

Hi Rav.  I won't be in the office for a few days so I am unable to check what version of chrome I'm using.  I logged on using firefox and it was OK.  Chrome works fine when I'm on my laptop.
