Using Reckon Hosted NZ version 2016.  Converting one of our companies over from MYOB and they have the ability to have Quantity price breaks and not only this they have it for various price level.  So
Default Price - Product A 1 unit $10, 2 units $9, 5or more units $8
Wholesale price. - Product A, 1-4 units $8, 5-19 units $7, 20+ units $6

If there any way of doing this in Reckon Hosted.  I know something similar was in the USA version of Enterprise.

We use Quickbooks for about 5 companies but at a first look MYOB has got it beaten hands-down on this feature and we desperately need this or a workaround

Any suggestions please??

Hi Shayne, I've trained in this one and never actually used it in practical application (plus I'm currently not physically in NZ although I am partnered with Reckon NZ and use their product daily).

The best I can do is point you in the right direction and make a couple of suggestions.  i think what you are talking about is referred to in Reckon as "Units of Measure", combined with "Pricing levels", which you've already identified.

It's likely that RA Hosted can achieve this for you, with some help from an Accredited partner.  What area are you based in?  If you post that on here, I'm sure someone will be able to get in touch with you and work towards a solution.

Perfect.  Solved the problem perfectly.  MYOB slightly better in that the way the Matrix handles it but Reckon better as quicker to change prices for a complete level.  I think I could even have quantity breaks for say wholesale customers who would normally have their own price level.  Now can say have W/Sale Over 5items, W/Sale over 10 items etc.  Brilliant thanks. Also I consider myself pretty good on Reckon and you know I never realised you could access the prices from the drop down arrow so this is briliiant thanks
