JbKeeper and back pay

With the jobkeeper payments, I had to put through a couple of back pay top ups after I had reconciled the bank account.  For some reason, one of the pays a week before has unreconciled itself and is now sitting in the bank rec area.  If I reconcile this now, it will throw the bank balance out.  any help appreciated

    Most likely if you have amended the original pay run in Reckon then it will show a single transaction = $(X + Y) whilst your bank statement will show two transactions of $X and $Y.   If this is the case then doing a new reconciliation today should solve the problem.

    If this isn't the solution, then I suggest probably the best thing to do is to unreconcile any past bank transactions to before the offending transactions.  Then re-do the reconciliations in small batches so that you can identify where the problem lies.
