I am trying to process the JobKeeper payment, however im confused. all the instructions i can see are for people who have been stood down or are paid less than the Min wage.
All the employees on my payroll are paid more than the min wage. How do i process this?
Do i put their allowance in at $0
Also, every pay run do i use the JOBKEEPER-START-FNXX or is it only used once?
If only used Once what do i put in every payrun, if im not using the TOPUP, as they are paid more than then min wage?

Feeling very confused!!!!

Lauren.  In your case you need to enter the JOBKEEPER-START-FNXX once in a pay run - it can be in a pay run in FN03 but you need to nominate just which Fortnight you are wanting to claim for.  If it is for the First Fortnight in April, you will use FN01 just once for each affected employee.  I think that you need to do this before May 8th in order to get paid for April.  Use can use this code with the default $0.00 or use $0.01 (if you do this, then use a compensating deduction of $0.01 but you can leave FNXX at $0.00).  This step has been explained in different versions of instructions from Reckon.

    Thanks John,
We have recieved the payment for April already.
I have already put in the JOBKEEPPER-START-FN01 for the first fortnight in April. What do i put in each Fortnight after that?

Nothing, Lauren.  As I said, it is only entered once for the Start fortnight.  If you have received payments for the first two payments in April, that confirms that there is nothing further for you to do.
