Jobkeeper age limits. We paid a 17 year-old casual worker two fortnight job keeper payments and a day later was informed by accountant that 16-17 year Olds who are students and living at home are not eligible. Will ato honour and reimburse us. And he turns 18 in 3 weeks so do we stop paying him then put him back on job keeper? Can we make him pay us back? $3000 to us is a huge amount.

No such conditions exist for JobKeeper.
    There is no means test.
The employee must be at least 16 on 1st March 2020 and be included in your payroll at 1st March - if a casual, must have been employed for at least 12 months.
Your accountant is quoting the JobSeeker rules.

Just adding to Rod's reply above, I'd recommend taking a look at the information directly from the ATO in regard to employee eligibility -

I understood 16 & 17 year olds who are NOT financially independent are NO longer eligible for JobKeeper as per Gvt media release on 25th April:
    https://ministers.treasury.gov.au/ministers/josh-frydenberg-2018/media-releases/jobkeeper-update

Do we need to enter JOBKEEPER-FINISH for 16 & 17 year olds who are no longer eligible?

Although 16-17 year olds, who are not financially independent, are no longer eligible, your payments prior to the announcement will be honoured and reimbursed as they were valid at the time.

Yes. But do we need to record JOBKEEPER-FINISH for these individuals?
