Jobkeeper allowance not showing on ATO portal

I have just used the Reckon App to post our first Jobkeeper payrun as directed in the guide (with $800 as usual amount per fortnight as gross wages and the balance of $700 as an allowance to get to the required $1500 per person per fortnight). When I checked the Payrun in our ATO business portal, it only shows the $800 pay amount as gross pay and the allowance is not shown at all. Could this be a problem for receiving Jobkeeper if the gross wages are below $1500 per person per fortnight?

Allowance would not show in Business Portal but employee myGov Income statement would have been updated already. I would not use allowance in the next JobKeeper pay run.

Thanks, Joseph. I only used "allowance", because that was what Reckon advised to do in their Jobkeeper guide (https://help.reckon.com/article/gys2pvczfy). I just need to know if the ATO has that allowance figure and will recognize it as $1500 per fortnight as required for Jobkeeper, but I just can't get any information on this. So you would put the full amount through as gross wages instead?

Employer will confirm eligible employees to the ATO. Instructions follow.

Sorry, but does that mean it's all good and I can identify the payments on the ATO website from 4 May as required? What about the next payrun, you mentioned not to use the allowance again. Put everything through as gross wages from now on?

I will see what happens after 4 May. I pay wages monthly so the next pay date would be around middle of May. I would not worry about pay run format now. My understanding is that a JobKeeper pay run is no different from other pay runs.
