JobKeeper - Employees not prefilled through STP

I use Reckon Accounts Hosted. I put the JobKeeper start codes in my payrun on 27/4 and the allowance items are correctly showing in the STP submissions in GovConnect. However I've gone into the ATO Business Portal today and none of the employees have prefilled. 
Should they have prefilled by now?

    Jane.  I am having the exact problem.  I am provided with the number of employees and the amount for each fortnight.  Then, according to the ATO instructions, I should be presented with a list of Potentially eligible employees.  But, like you, there is no list generated.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the information. Where did you find those specific instructions which cover our situation. Was it a tax office resource or a Reckon resource?

    John's advice is correct.  When I went into ATO online services for agents it was very straight forward to complete the process for my clients' employees.  
    A little bit trickier if you are also claiming for an Eligible Business Participant
