JOBKEEPER FINISH AND FULL FILE REPLACEMENT

My client has advised that one of the employees who was getting jobkeeper has finished in that fortnight. So he was due to get FN01 on the first fortnight and FN02 on this second fortnight and then he finished at the end of the FN02 fortnight.
On the FN02 fortnight I have entered JOBKEEPER-TOPUP and as well as the item JOBKEEPER-FINISH-FN02 on his pay. Correct?
Keeping in mind that the STP has already been lodged before this information was known and entered, which version of the STP does the client create and lodge to signal that
a) he has finished working for them ie we now have his employment end date in the system and
b) that jobkeeper shouldn't be paid for FN03
Full File Replacement or Update Event.
And do we include all employees in whichever one is utilised?

Thanks for any help,

Hi Sue,

Thats correct to use the jobkeeper top up and jobkeeper finish fn02. And this would be resent as an update event just for this person if they are the only person in that payrun who's data needs to be updated.

I Hope that answers your question.

Regards,
Shane.
