I have inserted the Jobkeeper FN01 a couple of weeks ago into payslips, and uploaded this to STP. Upon checking my subsequent uploads I have noticed that the Jobkeeper FN01 flag is still showing in STP upload, despite me deleting it out of each employee's payslip. My question is does this matter? If so, what is the method to permanently deleting the item from showing when the file is uploaded?. I have successfully deleted when in the payslip.

doesn't matter - STP records year to date items so you would expect it to remain

So the flag to indicate to the ATO which fortnight to begin claiming job keeper doesn't affect if it continues to stay on the record?

    Hi Amelia

Ideally, it is best to remove it from subsequent pays in your accounting software.

However it will STILL show in STP as STP reports YTD so will display any/all components ever reported within the financial year.
