Jobkeeper Incorrect date of birth

We are doing the single touch payroll reporting through Reckon app.

Now we want to do the monthly declaration for the JobKeeper Payment and realise that we did not set up the employees properly with their date of birth, resulting incorrect date of birth coming up on the ATO portal.

We have put in the date of birth and tried to update the portal information by running another pay run, but it does not seem working.

How are we gonna to fix it in order to complete our monthly declaration.

I had the same thing when I did the ato jobkeeper thing yet my employee has the correct dob on my app
But on the ato site her birthdate is 01/01/0001
Making her over 2,000 years old!!

We have this same problem, DOB's are correct in Payroll Premier yet our accountant tells us DOB's are coming up as 01/01/0001 for every eligible employee in the ATO Business Portal - just rang Reckon support and have been told there is no problem Reckon software end, must be something on the ATO end ??
Although we need to sort this, I see that the ATO has still paid us regardless of the
dob problem, my boss called the ATO and the lady was unsure but she said it might not matter, it might not matternow but what are the implacations down the track, if any ??

We have called the ATO as well but they said we have to ask the STP provider to fix the problem.

We are just not sure whether we can submit the declaration with correct TFN but incorrect date of birth. As you said, it might not matter just for now.

Hmm, exactly - Reckon is saying no problem there end but ATO saying it a payroll software problem,!!  just goes around in circles - I can see on the ATO   Community there are similar questions for not just Reckon but other Payroll software, obviously still lots of problems ...

I think incorrect birthdate comes from the STP-enabled software. It should not matter as long as TFN is correct. The fact that ATO paid the subsidy means the April declaration has worked.
I did the April declaration for another entity that uses a different STP-enabled software, the employee birthdate came up correct.
