Jobkeeper mistake

I paid my employee the full 3 k on the 22nd of April and submitted it as a normal pay
But then realised I need the pay run dates to coincide with the ato payrun jobkeeper dates so submitted 2 more payruns both with the same 22nd of April paydate but instead of 3k it was 1.5k each and the pay separated out as the new information advised us to report jobkeeper
Then I submitted a completely $0 amendment for the 22nd to get rid of the original incorrect 3k pay
But on the ato sight there still all showing up looking as though I have paid my employee a total of 6k instead of 3 k
I’m conserned about what is going on and will they amend the correct payment as all 3 are dated 22nd of April (as that’s when I paid it)
(I did put in brackets after my name that the amendment was for the 3k Pay)

I think we should just put a hold on these error payruns until ATO advise us what we can report, I’ve called ATO & waited 1 hr on hold to be told they’re still learning about all this so they can’t help me fix my errors with STP instead ask me to call Reckon to fix it. Frustrating

I had the same message from them but can’t get onto recon either
Maybe it just takes a while for the amendment to go through
Just hope they amend the right one
If all else fails maybe I’ll amend them all to $0 and start again and say I paid her a day earlier or later won’t matter
I’ll see if they correct it properly first
In the past all the amendments are correct but I never had 3 reports all on the same day before
Arrrgh lol
