Does Reckon prepopulate the Jobkeeper Nomination Form for each employee?

Thanks Bruce, I've been reporting jobkeeper for my employees by following the instructions provided by Reckon directly through the software. I think I'll need to investigate and research more to see if I need to do this form as well.

I think you are supposed to have a signed copy of this form on file. ie completed, but not submitted to ATO.

Thanks Bruce.  I know the ATO has the blank form but other software providers allow a prefilled Nomination Form to be printed which is then given to each employee.  I was just checking to see if Reckon also provides this.

The ATO's standard Nomination Forms are in PDF format & can be typed into or printed out & manually completed.  (However, the ATO also allows you to create your own version if more practical eg if you use an online HR portal providing you include the required information):

    https://www.ato.gov.au/assets/0/104/300/362/b503971b-e760-4264-89be-28ed292fd889.pdf

A separate version of this form is to be used for eligible non-payroll workers, referred to as an “Eligible Business Participant” or “EBP” (eg (one) beneficiary of a trust, (one) partner of a partnership, or (one) director of a company):

    https://www.ato.gov.au/assets/0/104/300/362/f99d7278-024e-44a4-a265-30b64734e78b.pdf

(NOTE: Sole Traders are NOT required to complete a nomination form because their business is not a separate entity to themselves as an individual)

An employer is required to notify eligible employees of their intention to participate in JK & also to provide employees with the applicable form.  Employees then confirm their consent to being nominated & also their (employee/EBP) eligibility status for JobKeeper by selecting the applicable * agree/eligible ….. v * do not agree/not eligible ….. option & returning the form to the Employer to be kept on file.

IT DOES NOT GET SENT/SUBMITTED TO THE ATO!  Instead, it serves as the entity’s written substantiation that they were eligible to receive JK reimbursement for that employee eg in the event of an audit.

This is supposed to be done BEFORE claiming JK reimbursements back from ATO in order to ensure you receive the correct amount of JK.

An eligible employer is only permitted to claim JK reimbursement for ELIGIBLE employees/workers:
