Hi
I have an employee who had been paid under the paid parental leave scheme till the week ending 5 April. In this case, can I still claim Jobkeeper subsidy from the week starting 6 April or it has to be from 13 April to meet the fortnight rule?
All your answers will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

If they had paid parental leave during the fortnight then they are not entitled for that fortnight

    Hi Heekyung

JobKeeper is all based on actual Pay Dates, not Pay Periods so the relevance is the date the employee received their last PPL Pay v which ATO JK Fortnight period your next Pay Date falls into after that.
