JOBKEEPER-TOPUP in Allowances setup translates to different when adding in Employee File

I have set up JOBKEEPER-TOPUP in Allowances as instructed, I have ticked only Payroll Tax Exempt and Workcover Exempt, all looks fine in the Allowances List, but then when I go into each Employee to add the allowance the Super and Ex. Tax show as YES, YES.  I'm confused as in the List they're NO, NO.  So do I still need to change again in the employee file ? I am using  Payroll Premier.   TIA
