Just updated PM and now program won't open apparently can't locate a member -does anyone have any clues?

Hi Tony,

I've had a word with the support team this morning and they've advised its probably best to get in in touch with them directly so that we can assist with this issue as there are a number of variables and avenues they'll need go through for troubleshooting which probably isn't best suited to this platform.

The technical support phone number seems to not be working and then sitting on phone listening to music is not helpfull

Had similar issue this morning. I updated on the other computer in the office and now it's all working.
