Have you ever wondered why your email Payslips in Reckon Payroll Premier, are always in the same template and does not change to what you have customised? Please See this KB for more information.

Hi, Donna,

To this date there isn't any plans to add more templates for email payslips in Payroll Premier.

The current template, however, does not have any issue though. It has all the required data, therefore, you can still use it.

Hello Shisir,
I have an issue with the payslips printing up all the past payroll items and showing a $0.00. Some employees have different payroll items each pay run and the list on the lower half of the payslip is filled with all these pay roll items showing $0.00. ie.  Public Holiday Not Worked or if they have done a shift on a weekend then a Saturday Rate or Sunday Rate.  How can I set up the payslips to only include the current payroll items and not include historical ones as well ? Just checking you are still not able to customise the payslip to incorporate the job number against line items.  As we pay bonuses to our employees which is linked to a customer.
