KB - Invoice template is printing with unrecognized font or jumbled up characters

If your invoices are printing in unrecognised characters/Fonts in some parts, from your Reckon Accounts Hosted/Business there may be minor corruption on the template you are using. Please see our latest KB http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5629 on how to resolve the issue.
