Keep getting logged out from Reckon for two days.

Since yesterday Reckon has logged me out after about a minute. This has happened continuously. Sometimes you can go straight back in but occasionally you have to log out as it applies "multiple user". Today I have lost complete payroll as it has done it again today. Been on hold on phone for over 20 minutes

I'm really sorry to hear we've kept you waiting, the Hosted team has a really short wait time eg. 1-2 mins only so I'm interested to see which number you called and the prompts/options that you've selected on your call so we can look into that a bit closer.

In regard to your query, there aren't any widespread connectivity issues at the moment. What sort of internet connection are you using? Is it usually fast and stable?
Does the internet cut off as well when you notice this happening on Hosted?

If you're using Wi-Fi, can you please test by connecting directly to the modem via ethernet cable and see if that solves the issue.

I'm having the same issue since the upgtrade and not even out IT guy can fix it!! I'm invoicing today & every time I have to print an invoice, the new print window opens, I print the invoice then close the print window & I've been logged out. This is SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!! Not even bothering to call your help desk as I don't have all day to wait on the phone. Your customer service is terrible & I am so frustrated and disappointed in the lack of care shown by Reckon regarding user issues!!!!! JUST FIX IT PLEASE!!!
