Keep getting the message "Reckon Accounts was unable to back up company file"

Looks as though everything is backing up OK, then get the above message.  Have just done eom reconciliations so do not want to loose data!

    Try a backup without Verification turned off?  then if that works - you might need to do a verify and rebuild on the file?

    Tried that, did not work.  Got the same message as above

    Have you tried to save the backup in the different place?  ie Q or B drive - but the opposite of where you normally save?

    Will not save to Q, usually save to B.  We have several companies in the one Quickbooks file, and I just tried another one to see if it worked, and all good there.  Just this one company will not save backup

    do you have other hosted users - who could login - open that file with the Admin user and try to backup?  also - have you tried logging out - closing the browser - logging in again (or better yet - use a different browser) and trying it again?

    Only one user with this subscription.  Logged out and tried again - no luck.  Bit strange that it works with the other companies not not just this one?  Could someone look at the file to see if it is corrupt?

    I had the same problem with one of 3 company files in the same login, I ended up downloading the data file just to be on the safe side
