Keyboard keeps not responding after upgrade 2017

We are having to quit out of reckon after every couple of invoices as the keyboard stops working.  Why is this happening.  It is getting beyond a joke.

Have you tried swapping the keyboard. I use Hosted every single day and I have never had this issue
