Keyboard on mobile devices and Reckon Accounts Hosted

Keyboards offered on mobile devices may not contain all keys available on a desktop computer keyboard.  The Ctrl key in particular may be missing, which is an important part of some Shortcuts and the Copy/Paste commands.

You will need to use menu-based options for Accounts Business functions and mouse-based clicks for Operating System functions like Copy/Paste.
