Kill the on hold advertising

I have been on hold for an hour, the same 2 ads play with a 10 second break between them, sometimes it alternates, sometimes it plays the same ad twice in a row

I need support with your software. I was supposed to have a 23minute wait. Here I am an hour later with no help

I'm really sorry that we've kept you waiting for so long, the teams have certainly been under the pump today and are doing their best to get through their calls as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
