kiwisaver account

I'm looking for some help in setting up my KiwiSaver account in Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016. Everything went smoothly through the wizard process up to the point it asked me to fill in what securities are in this account with security name or ticker number! All I know is that I'm in a balanced fund. I don't have details of the individual investments. Any suggestions?

Hi John, thanks for your post and welcome to Reckon Community.

We can proceed further without entering the details and it will allow you to set the kiwisaver account.

You can set up a new security without entering the ticker symbol.

Please let me know how it goes.

Hi Shakir,

I've added my kiwisaver account without filling in the securities question and it is now setup although with no values. I then went back and changed the values to show the value from my last statement. Its not really what I expected as I haven't got any info on the number of units bought or their value but at least it shows the level invested.
