launch Accounts 2019 button not working

Happy EOFY everybody.  I have a little issue with one of my office users.  When she cllicks the button launch Accounts 2019, it tries to launch the 2018 version???  And I am not sure why.  The error message that comes up tells us that 2018 company file can't open because the file has been updated to a newer version of Reckon Accounts.  I updated the file last night and I and another user are not having any problems and are able to launch the 2019 Accounts and our updated file, but this one user is not.  When clicking the 2019 button (the second one on list), it launches 2018 for some reason???  Can anyone help.  i tried to call Reckon, but was unable to get through, or even wait on line for help

    Hi Sue,

    If the 2018 version launches, click File > Exit and wait for the session to close, then click the Launch Accounts 2019 button and it will launch the correct version.
