Script error on Customer Template in Home & Business

Hi All, I installed Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2013 on my clients computer yesterday. All works well apart from the Customise Template section. I keep getting a Script Error from Internet Explorer and cannot access the section to customise the template. This is very frustrating. I am going back later in the week and will change his security settings on Internet Explore to enable Scripting. If this doesn't work I dont know what else to do. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Hi Lauren,

     Are you logged in as an administrator on that computer?

     Try the following steps if that is the case

     1.      Open command prompt (click on Windows Start > Type  cmd in the search box> click Ok

     2.      In command prompt type c: and press Enter

     3.      Next line type cd Program Files(x86)\hb2013 or whatever the installation directory is then press Enter

     4.      Next line type regsvr32 qwapp.dll and press Enter

     5.      Message should come up DLLregisterserver in qwapp.dll succeeded

     6.      Now re-open Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2013 and you should be able to customise the invoice / estimate.
